40 Dollars: Man Murdered After Meeting Woman For Sex

Man Murdered After Paying Woman For Sex

On Wednesday afternoon on Kodak Road in East Knox County, the Knox County Sheriff’s Office discovered the body of Victor Letner, 33. On Feb. 9, Letner was reported missing. He died from an apparent gunshot wound, according to KCSO.

Detectives say that Letner went to Knoxville to have intimate relations with Kendra Ivey, 24, for cash. Then the two drove to Kodak Road, where investigators believe Ivey’s boyfriend, Charlie Richard “Rico” Martinez, 23, met them.

KCSO says Martinez reportedly robbed Letner and shot him. Then Martinez and Ivey allegedly split the 40 dollars stolen from Letner.

Martinez is on the run for violation of probation and is being sought for questioning in relation to the incident.

Ivey faces a charge of felony murder in the case. She is being held on $1 million bond. Diana Jeanty, 46, has been charged with accessory after the fact and tampering with evidence.
