DaBaby Sued Over Alleged Attack On Homeowner, Video Surfaces

On Monday, the owner of a vacation rental home in Runyon Canyon filed a lawsuit against DaBaby, claiming that the rapper attacked him and snatched his phone while attempting to shut down an unauthorized music video shoot last December.

Pagar claims that the “Rockstar” rapper violated the terms of the rental agreement by recording a music video at the house with nearly 40 people, according to legal documents filed in Los Angeles, as stated by NME.

When Pagar questioned the party about the purported violation, one of the rapper’s associates allegedly threw him to the ground while DaBaby – real name Jonathan Lyndale Kirk – sat in a nearby vehicle.

The incident is captured in a video released by The Daily Mail, but Pagar says that what isn’t seen in the video is that the Grammy-nominated rapper allegedly “sucker-punched” him, knocking out his tooth.
