Andy Dick is in additional legal jeopardy after his most recent arrest this week in Orange County, California.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Department was called to O’Neill Regional Park on Wednesday, when they surrounded the RV trailer where Dick, 56, was found. The police were called after an adult male in the park said the comedian sexually attacked him, according to PEOPLE.
According to Sgt. Scott Steinle of the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, the arrest occurred following an investigation at the scene. According to the report, the accused victim was brought to a local hospital for an assault examination.

The arrest was captured on film and uploaded to YouTube by Captain Content’s RV live broadcast. Three cops are seen bringing Dick from the trailer to two waiting cop cars in the video.
When the actor arrives at the vehicles, one cop is seen patting him down before leading him away in cuffs.
According to NBC Los Angeles, Dick was being put in jail on $25,000 bail.
