DaBaby has been charged with felony assault for the violent assault of a senior citizen during a video shoot.

During the height of COVID-19 restrictions in Los Angeles, Gary Pagar leased his Runyon Canyon vacation home to DaBaby. The rap artist signed the lease that stated, among other things, that only 12 people were permitted on the property.

DaBaby, on the other hand, broke the rules by inviting over 40 people to the cottage for the video shoot, including YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul.

Pagar became aware of the crazy scene at his mansion and attempted to put a stop to it. He was reportedly knocked to the ground when he arrived.

The elderly man was allegedly chased around the property. DaBaby is accused of punching the owner in the mouth, knocking out his tooth.

When the man fell to the ground, DaBaby, a man named Thankgod Awute, and their crew reportedly stomped and kicked him as he screamed in pain. They also took Pagar’s phone and tossed it around to keep him from calling the police.

Pagar eventually regained control of his phone and dialed 911. To make matters worse for Pagar, DaBaby allegedly never paid the rental payment.

DaBaby is charged with felony assault, while Awute is charged with felony robbery.

The news follows the re-emergence of a video of DaBaby shooting dead a guy inside a Charlotte-area Walmart in November of 2018.
