Clarkston police issued two warrants this month in connection with a child abuse case reported at a day care.

According to Clarkston Police, the two are wanted for first-degree child cruelty. Police did not say whether or not the two had turned themselves in.

It happened on July 13 at Clarkston First Baptist Daycare, 4007 Church Street. The dept was called to the day care around 11:45 a.m. for a report of child abuse, according to Alive11.

The local station was sent a video from the parents who wanted others to see it as a caution. It appears to show a 3-year-old boy being roughed up at the facility.

According to the police report, two adults also punched and slapped the boy over the course of two hours. According to the family’s lawyer, that was not the only video.

“There’s a second video showing another worker abusing the child as well. So, there are two separate incidents.,” Jackie Patterson, the family’s attorney, stated.
