Black Man Arrested on White Felon's Warrant Wins $90K in Settlement (Image: Screenshot/YouTube/FOX5)

It is a case of mistaken identity, and it will cost the Henderson and Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Departments will have to cough up $90,000.
Henderson will pay $25,000 and Metro $65,000 to Shane Lee Brown, who was detained for nearly a week for a crime that Shane Neal Brown is accused of committing.
