Kevin Durant, the franchise’s star, requested a trade from the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

According to ESPN, Durant made the request directly to Nets owner Joe Tsai on Thursday.

Nets general manager Sean Marks is negotiating a trade with Durant and his business manager Rich Kleiman, according to Kleiman.

According to ESPN, the entire squad will be available to discuss trades as the Nets plan to move one of the most significant trade assets ever on the market. Teams have been contacting Durant, and the Nets will undoubtedly seek a legendary return on players and draft choices.

According to ESPN, the Phoenix Suns and Miami Heat are two of the teams on Kevin Durant’s dream list, but the Nets intend to move Durant wherever they can get the best possible deal. Because Durant has 4 years left on his contract, there are plenty of teams willing to trade assets for him.
