Cardi B is requesting a definite restraining order against celebrity blogger Tasha K, claiming that a recent $4 million libel judgment against the YouTube commentator is “inadequate” in addressing her “harmful and disgusting lies.”

The “WAP” artist and her attorneys claim in a new Thursday night filing that an add’l court order is necessary to compel the host of UnWineWithTashaK to delete any leftover offensive remarks from her social media pages and to abstain from “repeating and republishing” her “patently false” claims that Cardi B has herpes, engages in prostitution, uses cocaine, and commits adultery.

“Not all of the videos and posts containing the defamatory statements have been removed from defendants’ social media accounts,” Cardi’s new brief requesting the permanent injunction states.

The filing continues by stating that the content creator, whose legal name is Latasha Kebe, continues to remain a “constant ongoing threat” who stated explicitly in January that she will continue to post offensive remarks unless ordered to do so by a judge.

When Rolling Stone checked Kebe’s social media accounts late Thursday, numerous posts containing allegedly defamatory content remained active. Cardi B was referred to as “Herpes B” in a Post on Facebook from Kebe on Dec. 18, 2018, and as “Cold Sore B” in a YouTube video from Feb. 3, 2020.
