According to Rolling Stone, the unnamed woman who tried to sue Chris Brown, claiming he doped and sexually assaulted her on Diddy’s Miami Beach-based yacht, ended up losing her legal counsel after cops found text messages that affect her case.
According to the sources, a Miami Beach Police detective managed to recover the texts from the woman’s phone while trying to investigate the accusations and turned them over to the woman’s team of lawyers last week.
“We are very grateful that the Miami Beach Police Department brought this to our attention. They did a great job,” says the woman’s lawyer, George Vrabeck, to Rolling Stone.

“We were not made aware that the information existed (prior to filing). It precludes us from going forward for a number of reasons,” Vrabeck says. “It’s not a comment on whether an assault happened or not, but it precludes us from going forward.”
