Andrew Roush contacted the KDVR’s Problem Solvers just days after a man committed the unthinkable, or what Roush refers to as a “asinine act.”
“A man was walking his dog, comes up here, pulls his shorts down and defecated on our property,” Roush said.
He recently installed a security camera and plans to purchase more after discovering that individuals were leaving their dog’s feces behind. He had no idea his camera would capture a man who left his own feces.
Roush thinks this was payback for a Nextdoor app post he made showing a man not trying to clean up after his animal. He compared that man to the person who returned and left his version of retaliation.
The Denver Police Department is investigating, and under city code, anyone who pees or takes a dump in any public manner or place faces a Class 2 offense and up to 60 days in jail.
