DaBaby Settles With Music Video Vixen Over Alleged Extortion

Rapper DaBaby has reached an agreement with the music video vixen he sued for an alleged attempt at extortion, according to the Blast.

According to the court papers acquired by The Blast, DaBaby (real name: Jonathan Kirk) has entered into an agreement with model Marjorie Guaracho, which will put an end to his lawsuit against her.

DaBaby sued Guaracho for threatening to sue him after having appeared in his music video. He said that she had attorneys fire a legal letter to her record label, which caused other problems. His lawsuit insisted that Guaracho pay damages for allegedly trying to extort him.

The documents state, “The essence of the settlement is that the Plaintiffs have full and complete rights with respect to Plaintiff’s image and likeness in connection with the video entitled “Vibez”. One of the conditions to the settlement is the enyry of an order confirming the settlement, acknowledging the Plaintiffs possess all of the Defendant’s rights with respect to the Video.”

The judge still has to sign  off on the settlement.
