Disturbing: Tiffany Haddish & Aries Spears Accused of Child Sexual Abuse

According to a new lawsuit, Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears groomed a 14-year-old girl and her 7-year-old brother, pressuring them to film explicit skits but Tiffany’s team of lawyers calls it nothing more than a shakedown, years in the making.

The comedians are being sued by two siblings, Jane and John Doe, who claim they have been psychologically damaged for life as a consequence of being groomed as children. The boy also claims that both defendants molested him.

According to the lawsuit procured by TMZ, Haddish managed to gain the older sister’s trust and persuaded her to film a sexually provocative video, with Haddish having to teach her how to imitate oral sex for the comedy sketch.

In the suit, she claims her younger brother was only 7 when Haddish decided to bring him to a home where Spears and Haddish sexually assaulted him while filming a “Funny or Die” video called “Through a Pedophiles Eyes.”

Tiffany’s lawyer, Andrew Brettler, claims the lawsuit is a sham and that “Plaintiff’s mother, Trizah Morris, has been trying to assert these bogus claims against Ms. Haddish for several years.”

Brettler continues, “Every attorney who has initially taken on her case — and there were several — ultimately dropped the matter once it became clear that the claims were meritless and Ms. Haddish would not be shaken down. Now, Ms. Morris has her adult daughter representing herself in this lawsuit. The two of them will together face the consequences of pursuing this frivolous action.”

According to the siblings, Haddish was friends with their mom, and the clip showing John Doe was published on the internet via “Funny or Die” while he was too young to give permission.

According to their lawsuit, the sister’s arising trauma has kept her from trying to date because she is afraid of being taken advantage of and “led down a path of false trust like the path that Haddish led her down.”

Both siblings claim to have allegedly developed social disorders and the brother claims to be so frightened of being viewed or videoed that he covers all cams on his devices with band-aids.

According to the siblings, their mother attempted to reach a $15,000 resolution with Spears over the purported molestation clip. They are suing Haddish and Spears for monetary damages.
