A motorist suspected of murdering a lady after crashing into an outdoor eating area was reportedly getting oral stimulation at the same time. According to court records, a lady was having oral sex with Alex Moreno when his pickup vehicle reversed in a parking lot and hit three individuals at a table outside a restaurant.
On Friday, soon after 9 p.m., police were called to the Agave Sports Bar in San Jose, California. Moreno was in his parked vehicle when he pressed the accelerator in reverse, smashing into three customers outside the restaurant, according to KRON4.
All three guests were taken to hospitals, and one of them, a 35-year-old woman, died as a result of her injuries. Both of the other victims, both males, are expected to recover.
Moreno’s passenger in the truck was unharmed. According to court records acquired on Friday, the passenger, a woman, was giving Moreno oral sex while he was parked.
Moreno faces charges of gross vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence inflicting bodily harm. He was arrested and placed into the Santa Clara County Main Jail. Authorities have not yet identified the lady who passed.
