The FDA has approved ultrathin underwear that a woman can wear during oral sex to prevent her partner from contracting any sexually transmitted illnesses she may be carrying.

Lorals for Protection, a product sold by Lorals in Los Angeles, was approved by the FDA for its capacity to prevent the spread of STIs during oral sex while allowing the woman wearing it to have pleasure.

The product is designed for persons who have a STI, have had a past condition that makes them wish to be cautious when engaging in oral sex, or have another condition that makes oral sex a concern for them.

These kinds of goods have previously been sought for, and the designers hope that it will be able to replace dental dams as an effective approach to assist individuals have safe oral sex.

We think STI protection should be sexy, wearable, and feel damn good,’ the company writes on its product page. 

This isn’t the first product designed to prevent disease transmission through oral sex.

Some people have traditionally utilized dental dams, a thin latex or polyurethane sheet placed over the vagina before oral sex to avoid fluid transmission.
