Nehemiah “SpotemGottem” Harden, a young rapper from Jacksonville, was arrested in Miami on Sunday after attempting to avoid law enforcement while racing an orange jet ski, according to the Miami Police Department.

According to reports, the 20-year-old was accused of “endangering people’s lives and property” during the chase, which began near the Miami Marine Stadium in Virginia Key.

Harden is accused of escaping and evading a law enforcement officer, as well as irresponsible boat operation. According to Miami-Dade corrections documents, he was out on bond for aggravated assault with a firearm and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Harden was one of two Duval County teenage boys charged with grand theft auto and carrying a concealed weapon in St. Johns County in 2017, according to officials.

Detectives in Miami Beach charged him with aggravated assault on June 20, 2021, following an argument with a parking lot attendant over a $80 parking fee.

The US Marshals arrested him on July 15, 2021, at the AC Hotel by Marriott Miami Aventura, 20805 Biscayne Blvd., and authorities found a gun on his bed, according to WPLG.

According to the report, Harden was in a Dodge Charger on Sept. 17, 2021, when he was wounded during a drive-by shooting on Interstate 95 in Miami-Dade County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
