Iyanna “Yaya” Mayweather, Floyd Mayweather’s daughter, has pleaded guilty to stabbing Lapattra Jacobs, the mother of one of rapper Youngboy’s children, in 2020.

According to court documents acquired by PEOPLE, Mayweather, 21, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in Harris County Court in Houston, Texas, on Wednesday.

According to the documents, she did admit to cutting Lapattra Jacobs “with a knife” and resulting “bodily injury to her.” She now faces 6 years of probation for the assault, which may include community service, restitution, or a combination of the two.

Mayweather had been facing a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison for the crime. Her next court appearance is scheduled for June 16, 2022. She has given up her right to file an appeal.

Mayweather was arrested in April 2020 after she and Jacobs reportedly started a fight at Youngboy NBA’s home, according to Entertainment Tonight.

She was arrested and put in the Harris County jail in Houston, but she was released after posting bond. Jacobs’ arm was injured multiple times, according to ET, and she was taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries, where she required surgery.

According to a previous report from TMZ, Mayweather has a child with Youngboy, 22, who also goes by the moniker NBA Youngboy.
