Miles Bridges was arrested for felony domestic violence in Los Angeles on Wednesday, according to TMZ Sports.
The 24-year-old forward, who most recently played for the Charlotte Hornets, surrendered to a local jail on Tuesday following an accused physical altercation.
According to law enforcement sources, a woman asserts she was in a physical altercation with Bridges. Authorities responded to the scene, but Bridges had already left by the time they arrived. According to reports, the woman needed medical assistance.
After turning himself in Wednesday afternoon, the 6’7″ 225-pounder was detained by LAPD. His bail was set at $130,000 and he was later released.
Bridges, who also performs as RTB MB on the rap scene, spent his first 4 seasons with the Hornets but is projected to be a top free agent target this offseason.
Bridges was the 12th overall pick in 2018 out of Michigan State, averaging 13.4 points and 5.6 rebounds per game over four seasons. In 2021-22, he had his best season yet, averaging 20.2 points, 7 rebounds, and 3.8 assists.
