A woman held in custody following a wellness check made her way out of cuffs, managed to reach through the split to the front seat, and obtained a switch that managed to open a gun locker, as seen on three different police videos.

The woman, identified as Rachael Clay by the Grady County Sheriff’s Office, can be seen getting the assault rifle and loading a magazine before aiming the gun out the back window and opening fire.

According to reports, one deputy and one civilian suffered non-life threatening injuries.
