Alexander Jackson, a 20-year-old University of Iowa student, contacted police in a frenzy Tuesday morning, reporting a masked burglar had shot him and his dad inside their house. Authorities arrived at the scene to find Jackson’s parents and 19-year-old sister killed in separate areas of the house.

Jackson had a bullet wound to the foot as a result of what he claimed was a fight with the mystery man over the weapon. His father had recently advised him that he needed to “find a job or move out,” Jackson revealed. It was reported that there were no evidence of a break-in.
