Kevin Hart’s personal shopper, Long Island City resident Dylan Syer, was arrested on charges of grand larceny in New York on Wednesday.

Syer allegedly used credit and debit cards belonging to Hart, 41, to fund a luxurious lifestyle which included Patek Philippe’s watches, Louis Vuitton’s luggage, and Sam Friedman’s painting.

Queens County D.A. Melinda Katz claims that Syer, 29 years old, employed by Hart in 2015, began small legal approved transactions for his client before using Hart’s credit cards to send cash into his personal accounts to buy products.  Over the span of two years, the alleged charges amounted to close to $1.2 mil.

Syer is facing up to 25 years in prison if convicted.
