Lisa Smith, Executive Director of Change Healthcare Has Been Fired for Being a ‘Karen’ Towards A Black Neighbor!

A California lady was terminated by her employer days after the incident went viral over racially profiling a black videographer and his two children outside their home. The health-care provider published a statement requesting that the public disassociate themselves from their former employee.

Lisa Smith, who went viral after questioning an African-American man why he was in a gated community, was fired as executive head of Change Healthcare’s anesthesiology department.

According to a statement written to the Atlanta Black Star by Kathryn Woketecki, VP of marketing and external communications, the organization’s core values are fundamentally opposed to those expressed by Smith in the video.

“We recently became aware of a video on social media involving a former employee of ours,” the statement said. “At Change Healthcare, one of our core values ​​is all-encompassing. In line with our core values ​​and policies, we value diversity, promote inclusion, and seek to keep the workplace free of harassment and discrimination. We do not share specific information about any current or former employee. However, this person is no longer with Change Healthcare.”
