Louisiana Rapper Hurricane Chris Arrested For Murder
Christopher Dooley aka Hurricane Chris, 31, has been charged with second degree murder.
The incident happened at a Texaco convenience store. Initial reports stated a man at the store said he shot a man that was trying to steal his car.
The victim in the shooting was shot multiple times and taken to Ochsner LSU Health hospital, where he later died.
According to investigators, the video footage at the store “showed that Dooley did not act in self-defense,” police said.
The vehicle that Dooley stated belonged to him was actually reported stolen out of Texas.
