A warrant is exposing new facts in the killing of a lady who, according to a witness, was tossed out of a moving Lamborghini to her death.

Alfred Megbuluba, 31, is suspected of stealing a wallet from 28-year-old Catherine Khan before her death, according to a Fulton County warrant.

According to the warrant, inside the wallet was money worth less than $1,500 and Khan’s credit cards. According to the warrant, he later attempted to use her credit card at a Chevron gas station immediately before her death.

Megbuluba made his first appearance in court hours after handing himself in to Atlanta Authorities, where he was denied bond. Megbuluba’s lawyer, Steve Sadow, declined the reading of the outstanding warrant at the hearing.

Megbuluba is charged with felony murder, theft by taking, and financial transaction card theft.

The accusations originate from an incident on Oct. 10 in which Khan was discovered laying on the ground after being struck by a car at the junction of Piedmont Road and Peachtree Road NE.
