Man Pulled Down His Mask To Kiss Random Baby On The Lips

Police say a man pulled down his mask in a grocery store to kiss a baby girl sitting in a shopping cart while her mother looked away before leaving the scene.

According to investigators, a police officer was flagged down on Thursday by a father who mentioned that a random person had just pulled off his face mask and kissed his baby girl on the lips inside a WINCO grocery store. The father had gone looking for the man just before notifying the officer.

Austin Blake Stewart, 24, was later identified by police.

According to investigators, the mother was in the store with her one-year-old daughter in her shopping cart when she looked away for a short moment.

While she was distracted, Stewart removed his mask, stepped in, kissed the baby girl, and then ran off.

The mom began looking for the guy before telling her husband. Officers began looking for Stewart and discovered him under a blanket near a road. Stewart was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and physical harassment.
