In connection with the homicide of Brittany Booker in Racine, a woman has been arrested for harboring/aiding a felon. Terry Jackson Jr. is wanted for killing Booker, a mother of six, and a reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest, FOX6 reported.
Jackon Jr., 41, is being sought by police and the US Marshals Service, who believe he is armed and dangerous. In addition, Crime Stoppers is offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to his arrest and location.
“It is tragedy beyond measure for six children to be without their mother,” said Racine Police Chief Maurice Robinson.
Terry Jackson, Jr., is the suspect in Booker’s homicide, according to Racine police. Police and U.S. Marshals have been searching the city for him, according to Chief Robinson.
Prior to the homicide of Booker, police said they were looking for Jackson. Jackson allegedly assaulted Booker and another person in February, prompting arrest warrants.
Authorities have been tight-lipped about how the two cases are linked, as well as what happened on the day Booker died.
“He was able to make his way into her home. We won’t discuss subsequent to that. At some point, she left the home, and we were able to locate her in a vehicle,” Robinson said.
