Police arrest alleged gang members tied to home invasions involving celebrities across metro Atlanta

Real Housewives member considers herself fortunate to be alive after becoming the victim of a terrifying house invasion.

Marlo Hampton has been on Real Housewives of Atlanta for years, and only hours ago, it was announced that 4 individuals, all allege gang members, were arrested on charges of a string of robberies. Hampton is considered to be one of over a dozen victims targeted by the gang.

Hampton was interviewed by local television station WSBTV, and she stated that she was at home with her nephews when they were frightened by a noise. “When I heard the boom, when I heard my nephew scream — and I knew that scream was a scream of fear — my heart dropped,” said Hampton.

The suspected culprits were apprehended by the Sandy Springs Police Department “as they attempted a home invasion at a townhouse occupied by the mother of one of the children of famous rapper Future.”
