A shocking new video shows a 24-year-old man in the Bronx letting off two rounds into the sky before being fatally shot by an off-duty cop — while his father fires back at the officers.

The dramatic shooting occurred around 4:15 a.m. Sunday on Valentine Avenue and East 180th Street, according to surveillance video obtained by The Post on Monday.

Two officers had just arrived home from work at the 46th Precinct when they were encountered Michael Rosado, who allegedly fired “several shots” at them, according to police officers.

Rosado is seen getting out of a parked van and firing rounds into the air before exiting the frame.

Raphael Rosado, 45, the gunman’s father, picked up his dying son’s gun and started shooting at cops, but no one was hit, according to officers. The police returned fire, but the father was unharmed.

Surveillance video shows how a fun night quickly devolved into tragedy.
