A Michigan man has been charged with sexually abusing a 6-year-old boy in a restroom at the McDonald’s premier restaurant on Clark Street in River North, according to Chicago police.

According to police, the small boy was in the restroom shortly before 6 p.m. on Saturday when 62-year-old Bryan Sutton entered a stall and sexually assaulted him.

When security attempted to respond with force, Sutton reportedly tried to fight back, but he was held in custody and subsequently arrested when police arrived.

According to police, he has been charged with aggravated kidnapping and criminal sexual abuse of a victim under the age of 13.

The boy had been taken to Lurie Children’s Hospital.

Another man was arrested and charged in 2020 after reportedly raping a 3-year-old girl within the same McDonald’s bathroom.
