Angela Rose says that her 9-year-old daughter, Amiya, ate a THC-laced gummy the other week at Krahn Elementary School. 

She claims she became very ill and was sent home. She is questioning how the school and Klein ISD handled the incident because the child was originally going to be expelled but was instead suspended for violating the school’s food policy.
