Nene Leakes, a former Real Housewives of Atlanta star, is in serious trouble for reportedly sleeping with a married man.
According to TMZ, Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh is the wife of Nene’s boyfriend, businessman Nyonisela Sioh, to whom Malomine says she was still blissfully married when Leakes and Nyonisela began dating..
Malomine claims she experienced emotional hardship, mental agony, and loss of affection as a result of Leakes’ hasty love affair with her husband.
Malomine can also sue a spouse’s extramarital lover for alienation of affection because she lives in North Carolina. While North Carolina is one of seven states that allows for this, the majority of states do not.
Malomine is hoping for at least $100,000. This is bad news for Leakes, who is suing Bravo and seeking a settlement.
According to Page Six, the reality TV star NeNe Leakes, sued the production firms and the station behind The Real Housewives of Atlanta last month.
Leakes alleged in the filing that the network allowed and condoned a hostile and discriminatory work atmosphere.
The case was filed in federal court in Atlanta by Leakes. She claimed she protested to network management about years of racist comments made by her white castmate, Kim Zolciak-Biermann. Despite the fact that no action was taken against Zolciak-Biermann, Leakes alleges she experienced the consequences.
NBCUniversal, Bravo, production companies True Entertainment and Truly Original, officials from the corporations, and Housewives executive producer Andy Cohen are named as defendants in the complaint.
