Judge Scott Dunn set a $1 million bond for Baldwin, 28, but his hip hop socialite girlfriend decided to bail him out, according to court documents obtained by Fox News Digital.
The paperwork filed in Queens Criminal Court, Wallace used the assistance of Ira Judelson, who did not respond to a request for comment, to secure her Baldwin’s bond.
T’yanna Wallace, 29, is one of the legendary artist’s 2 children, and many consider him to be the best rapper of all time.
According to court documents, the horrific collision occurred after cops stopped Baldwin for reportedly placing his 2021 Durango SRT Hellcat in a major intersection, as well as possessing a loud exhaust and black colored windows.
He initially followed officers’ orders, supplying his driver’s license and registration.
When police ran his documents, they discovered that his license had been suspended and instructed him to get out of his vehicle.
According to the criminal complaint, Baldwin instead fled and struck a mom pushing her 2-year-old daughter in a stroller and a food delivery man. All three were seriously injured.
Baldwin was charged with 17 counts of first-degree assault, reckless endangerment, endangering the welfare of a child, and other offenses on Wednesday.
