Popular Houston DJ Dies After Falling from 13th Floor of High-Rise Building

DJ D Baby was well-known in the Houston neighborhood and around the country for her work with prominent celebrities. Family relatives told FOX 26 that she was creating a name for herself in the music scene before her tragic death.

Her life ended tragically when she fell from a balcony on the 13th floor to a pool deck on the 9th floor. Paramedics brought her to the hospital, where she perished on July 13th, 10 days after her arrival.

The circumstances of her fall have been the subject of social media gossip, with some placing the responsibility on her girlfriend, who was there when she fell.

However, her girlfriend said on Facebook that she is upset and had nothing to do with the incident. She claimed in the post that DJ Dbaby was intoxicated, lost her balance while standing on the balcony furniture, and fell before she could reach her.

Family members have stated that they would not speculate or discuss unverified rumors.

At this time, Houston police tell FOX 26 that it looks to have been a tragic accident.
