Silento says he is not a flight risk and it’s constitutional right to a reasonable bond in his felony. The rapper filed papers requesting $25k bond in DeKalb County, GA.

In docs obtained by TMZ, it states, he’s “not an extraordinary bail risk and will not jeopardize the safety of the community if released on bail.” He also states that he will not be a flight risk or go hiding. Silento says that him being denied bond is unconstitutional.

His bond hearing is set for later this month. On February 1, he was arrested and charged with the murder of his cousin, Frederick Rooks.

Authorities say Rooks was found shot to death on February 1. A rep for Silento state that the rapper has been been suffering from various mental health issues for several years.
