A “good Samaritan” recently discovered $1.3 million in cocaine washed up on a beach and swiftly handed it over to authorities, according to officials.

According to the US Border Patrol, the cocaine was discovered along the beach in the Florida Keys over the weekend.

According to Border Patrol agents, the individual discovered a black package containing 65 pounds of the substance.

There were no further details provided, according to WHDH.

Over the weekend, a Good Samaritan discovered 1.3 million dollars worth of cocaine washed-up along the shoreline in the Florida Keys. The large black package contained 65 lbs. of cocaine & was turned over to #BorderPatrol custody.
