Singer Ann Marie Arrested After Allegedly Shooting A Man In The Forehead
R&B Singer Ann Marie has been arrested in connection to a hotel shooting in Atlanta that sent a man to the hospital after getting shot in the head.
Authorities say they received a call to the InterContinental in Buckhead on December 1. Officers arrived to the horryfying scene and located a hysterical Ann Marie while a male friend of hers laid on the floor with a bullet hole in the center of his forehead and exit wound out his left temple area.
24-year-old Jonathan Wright was somewhat conscious and was able to answer some questions, even after losing large amounts of blood.
Ann Marie was hysterical but showed no visible tears and was naked under a white robe, police say.
Ann Marie said the gun fell off a table and went off, hitting Jonathan in the forehead. But cops located 2 shell casing and 2 projectiles. Wright, in critical condition, was transported to a local hospital.
Ann Marie was arrested and booked for possession of a firearm and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
