Kewon Dontrell White, 21, has been arrested for the November murder of Dallas rapper Mo3. According to the arrest affidavit, a witness contacted police during the investigation and that information helped lead to White’s arrest.

White was taken into federal custody for prohibited person in possession of a firearm. He is also facing the murder charge.

Mo3, whose real name is Melvin Noble was on Interstate 35 on November 11 around noon. The suspect approached Noble with a weapon and Noble got out of his vehicle and started running southbound on the highway. White then fired multiple shots at Noble, hitting him at least one time, police say.
