Disgraced Florida Teacher Pleads Guilty to Secretly Recording 125 Students Undressing
The disgraced former Teacher from Bloomingdale High School plead guilty to secretly recording students undressing in multiple states. Mark Ackett was charged with 324 counts of video voyeurism. A Hillsborough County judge sentenced Ackett to 15 years in prison and he has to register as a lifetime sex offender.
VIDEO
Ackett, a former fashion design teacher and girls track coach, had placed cell phones and cameras in a room that students utilized to change their attire. A student found one of the phones, back in 2018, and noticed it was being used to record what was taking place in the dressing room.
