Tim Story, director of “Barbershop” and “Ride Along” series, is being sued for the death of a 2-year-old boy in his hot tub.

According to information obtained by TMZ, Miguel Raygoza-Castillo is suing Story after his son, named I’M, fell into a unfenced hot tub in Story’s backyard in California on Nov. 18 and sustained fatal injuries.

There were no alarms or other signs to let others know that someone had fallen into the water or even entered the hot tub area, a potential violation of California state safety laws, according to the suit.

The boy was found unresponsive in the hot tub and transported to a hospital where he was placed on life support before he died four days later.
