The investigation was launched in November after authorities received a report of an incident at a hotel on South Las Vegas Boulevard.
The alleged incident occurred in November, around the rapper’s 37th birthday.
Songz’s attorneys stated that the investigation “included findings of inconsistency in witness testimony and insufficient evidence. We are pleased that Trey can now return to what he does best, entertaining.”Embed from Getty Images
Those claims could not immediately be verified.
Dylan Gonzalez, a former University of Las Vegas basketball player, accused the singer of raping her in a Las Vegas hotel in January, leaving her with “long-suppressed horror and unbearable PTSD.”
