Wendy Williams Says Her Podcast Will Make More Money for Her Than Her TV Show

Wendy Williams has decided that podcasting is a better fit for her than television, and she’s already queuing up big names to join her, according to TMZ.

Despite the fact that her daytime show was among the most popular during its 13-season cycle, Wendy has no desire to be on TV full-time, presently, according to her manager Will Selby.

With a focus on her own personal favorites in the music industry, Wendy recently spoke with Snoop Dogg and Fat Joe about appearing on her upcoming podcast, which Will is executive producing.

We also hear that Wendy’s had conversations with the Kardashians and even a Trump close relative. Will isn’t saying which one, but given what’s happening in Washington, any one of them would be a massive victory.

Wendy promised to return to television back in May, but we’ve since learned that’s no longer her ambition. She is instead concentrating on creating a podcast that is the complete Wendy experience, featuring only her favorite musicians, models, chefs, and celebrities.

On the corporate front, Will claims Wendy is debating whether to collaborate with a specific platform, such as Spotify or Apple, or to simply start releasing it independently.

There is no release date for the podcast yet.
