Woman Accused of Running Her Husband Over With ATV After He Asked for Divorce (Image: Screenshot/YouTube)
Authorities say a woman killed her husband with an ATV during a fight at Soggy Bottom Trails in Wanette over the weekend, and she was taken into custody.
According to authorities, the incident began when the husband informed his wife that he wanted a divorce. She is currently being held in custody on a charge of second-degree murder.
The husband and wife were taken to a Shawnee hospital, according to Palmer. Her stepson assaulted the her, causing her injuries to her face, mainly her eye.
