Court records show that the New Jersey woman who rode a motorized suitcase through Orlando International Airport as a police officer chased her has been arrested again on a warrant.

Chelsea Alston, who is 32 years old, was set to stand trial in March on felony charges of assaulting a police officer and causing damage to property.

When Alston didn’t show up for her trial, a judge issued an arrest warrant.

Alston was first arrested in April 2021, after an Orlando police officer’s body-worn camera caught a crime in progress.

After airline workers told Alston she couldn’t get on a plane because she looked drunk, she left the gate area on a motorized suitcase while an officer rode a bike behind her.

Officer Andrew Mamone said, “In a minute, we’ll have a bike pursuing a suitcase.” He was struggling to catch up to Alston and lead her out of the airport.

Alston was later arrested by Mamone after she was said to have spat on an officer. Alston is also charged with damaging his patrol car to the tune of more than $1,000.
