Debswana, a diamond company, announced the finding of a 1,098-carat stone in Botswana, proclaiming it the world’s third largest of its kind, according to The Guardian.

Lynette Armstrong, the company’s interim managing director, delivered the stone, which was discovered on June 1st, to the country’s president, Mokgweetsi Masisi, on Wednesday.

The stone’s potential value has not yet been determined, but the second-largest diamond ever discovered, Lesedi La Rona, was sold for $53 million (£39.5 million) in 2017, according to BBC.

The Cullinan diamond, weighing 3,106 carats and discovered in South Africa in 1905, was the largest diamond ever discovered.
