13-Year-Old Girl Gets Shot After Trying To Steal Car at Gas Station (Image: Screenshot/YouTube)
According to Kenosha detectives, a 13-year-old girl was shot after stealing a car from a gas station on Friday.
Around 5:30 p.m., the girl hopped into the driver’s seat of a car that had been left idling and unoccupied at the fuel station near 50th and Sheridan Road.
As she managed to drive away, the vehicle’s owner walked out of the gas station and began firing, hitting the girl.
She was airlifted to Children’s Wisconsin by Flight for Life and is reported in stable condition as of Friday night, according to CBS58 .
The police are proposing to the district attorney that the vehicle’s owner be charged.
