Officers arrived on the scene to find a woman screaming hysterically for help in her car with blood everywhere on July 29 at 4am in the morning.

Police released a statement, that the woman was “bleeding profusely from four bullet holes in her left arm.”

To stop the bleeding, officers reacted quickly and applied a tourniquet to her arm, which stopped the bleeding and potentially saved her life.

She was able to answer detectives’ questions after officers and investigators calmed her down and halted the bleeding.

The woman told police that she and her 29-year-old boyfriend had gotten into an argument.

What kind of argument would cause her boyfriend to shoot her four times in the arm, detectives asked?

Brandon Strong, her boyfriend, was upset, she said, because his unemployment login credentials weren’t working.

The woman stated that Strong was on drugs and drinking alcohol. Officers arrived at the scene and ordered Strong to to come outside. He exited peacefully and was apprehended.

Strong was booked into Clayton County Jail on a series of charges, including: aggravated assault, first degree cruelty to children, third degree cruelty to children, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, reckless conduct, and criminal damage.
