A suspect has been arrested following the release of horrifying footage of an 82-year-old man being assaulted inside a Manhattan bodega.

Raoul Hyacinthe, 42, was arrested and charged with robbery on Thursday afternoon, according to police. According to authorities, he is a panhandler who often stands around in front of the store.

According to authorities, the victim was purchasing a cup of joe when the suspect snatched him up, raised his fist like he’d punch him, and started demanding cash.

When the man refused again and again, the assailant struck him in the face, knocking him to the floor.
