A 64-year-old man is accused of murdering his daughter and disposing of her body in an Alabama wooded area, according to WHDH.

Dothan police announced Monday that Orlando Williams, of Dothan, was arrested on a murder charge in connection with the death of his daughter Tomekia Tiffany Williams, 38.

Tomekia Tiffany Williams, formerly from Jacksonville, Florida, but was last seen in Dothan, Alabama, went missing in March 2021, according to authorities.

According to police, all leads in the investigation of her disappearance were exhausted until her skeletal remains were discovered on Feb. 9, 2022, in Ozark, Ala.

Ozark police spoke with Tomekia Tiffany Williams’s father, who was the last person seen with her.

During the investigation, police say they discovered that following Tomekia Tiffany Williams’ death, Orlando Williams drove around with her body in his vehicle before discarding her body in a patch of woods in Ozark.

Orlando Williams was eventually arrested for her death. Orlando Williams will face additional charges from the Ozark Police Department.

Williams is being held in the Houston County Jail on a $1.5 million bond.
