Another One: Blac Chyna Loses in 2nd Round Case Against Kardashians After Claiming Judge Was Bias

Blac Chyna has taken another Loss after accusing the judge in her legal fight with the Kardashians of holding a severe bias against her and he claims she has it twisted.

According to recent court documents acquired by TMZ, Chyna lost a bid to remove the judge who presided over the Kardashians’ recent defamation trial.

Chyna’s motion was illogical. She needed to file a bias allegation during the trial and request that the judge disqualify himself. The trial is ended, and her only option is to request a new trial based on an incorrect judgement, which she didn’t do during the trial, so she’s simply out of options.

In court, Chyna claimed the odds were stacked against her, stating the judge was “undeniably hostile and extremely biased” against her and her lawyer.

Judge Gregory W. Alarcon has already responded, claiming that Chyna gave no valid grounds for dismissal and defending himself as impartial. Again, it’s puzzling why the judge didn’t simply dismiss her motion because it makes no sense.

The Kardashian family’s counsel also spoke on Chyna’s claims, calling them a “baseless effort to salvage face after losing at trial” and accusing Chyna of attempting to turn Judge Alarcon into a “scapegoat.”
