A man opened fire on a group of people at a gas station in DeKalb County, leaving 3 dead and 2 injured; including the initial shooter.

Tuesday night a group people were standing outside a Exxon gas station around 10pm. According to DeKalb County Police, the initial shooter, a guy in his 50s, confronted the gathering and shot and killed a man.

A couple of people returned fire, hitting and killing the man on the spot. At least 50 shots were dispensed during the shooting. Two people who were totally innocent were hit and are being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

Authorities are evaluating security footage to try to figure out what happened. They are unsure whether the initial shooter knew the group of men, but this does not seem to to be a robbery.
