Lakeside Refrigerated Services has recalled over 120,000 pounds of ground beef due to E. coli concerns.

The recall was announced this week by the USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service. The affected products were produced from February 1 to April 8 and may still be in people’s freezers. The establishment number “EST. 46841′′ appears inside the USDA mark of inspection.

The full list of recalled beef products and their codes can be found here. Here are the labels for the ground beef.

This E. coli strain can cause bloody diarrhea and vomiting. Infections like Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome, a type of kidney failure, usually resolve within a week. HUS can affect anyone, but is most common in young children, the elderly, and those with weakened immune systems.

Those who bought these products are advised not to eat them. The products should be thrown away or returned.
